Shipping Policy
Due to the Canada Post strike, we will use either FedEx or UPS to ship your packages. We are doing our best to navigate the jump in shipping costs since using other couriers and you may have noticed that shipping charges are higher. We have included a lower cost option of shipping where we will ship to a FedEx/UPS access point nearest to your location and you can pick up your package from there. However, for some this doesn't work so we still offer shipping to the address you provide but that rate will be considerably higher. Although our website may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. They are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates. Shipping time frames vary depending on many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, service levels and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available. FERBA and all related entities are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.
